He has lectured in fitness industry events as a key note speaker on children’s activity solutions and is regarded as an expert in this field. He was instrumental in bringing in dance machine to the UK and developing the programs and systems for the school and commercial markets. He has a passion for kids with special needs having three children of his own who are on the autistic spectrum. He also works as an advisor on health & fitness to the new School Academy program in the UK. He has over 20 years experience in the fitness industry working with several leading fitness companies.
Before that he was a professional footballer with Leyton Orient, Gillingham, Colchester and Barnet. He is a committed Christian as has been involved in organisations such as Christians in Sport and overseas missionary work in Uganda.
